How do I know when my roof has problem?
There are many different types of damage that can affect a roof. It can often be hard for a home owner to identify the problems. It is best to call a roofing professional to perform an inspection. If you would like to do your own inspection please see the FAQ item about common roofing problems.
What are my options if I decided to replace my roof?
The two main options are:
- Full roof replacement
- Re-cover existing roof
Full roof replacement will remove the existing roofing system and replace with a completely brand new roof. A re-cover is less demanding and the process involves the installation of a new system.
What are the common signs that it is time to replace a roof?
- Cracked or curled shingles
- Dark, dirty or wet shingles
- Shingle granules in gutters
- Wear and tear around objects and openings
- Peeling or blistering exterior paint
- Staining on interior ceiling or walls
- Leaks in attic after rain storm
- Sagging roof deck
- Outside light in attic during day
- Higher energy bills
Will I have to replace my gutters and downspouts?
If you gutters are in good shape we can easily work around them. We use ladder gutter guards to avoid damaging your gutters. We can offer minor repairs to gutters as well.
What if my new roof leaks?
Our experience and quality assurance process avoids most problems but sometimes a leak can arise. We offer a warranty that is transferable to the new home owners if the house is sold. We will repair any leak at no cost on the rare occasion this may occur.

Estero Roofing does it again! They did a great job installing some new vents on our garage and home. They also installed the roof on our home back in 2017. We had a change of plan and made these changes really last minute (night before) and the were there on Thursday morning ready to go! The vents have definitely improved the inside temperature even without fans. BTW…the lady in the office is a gem and so wonderful to work with!
